KL Cutting Device
The test specimen is mounted on the upper plate under a pressure of (9+/-0.2) kPa, and the testing machine is switched off.
When the test begins, the specimens are tested according to their wear resistance (number of cycles).
A report is prepared based on the changes in the specimens.
KL Heat Testing Device
The sample is placed on the calorimeter with its outer surface facing upwards.
The heat balancer between the heating cylinder and the calorimeter is removed, and the heating cylinder is brought into contact with the sample.
A sample is taken during the threshold time, changes are observed, and a report is prepared.
KL Combustion Test Device
The burning tool is placed under the glove, either vertically along its edge or in the same plane as the middle finger and perpendicular to the glove surface.
The distance between the tip of the burning tool and the lower edge of the glove or middle finger is set to 20mm +/- 2mm.
The gloves are tested for 3 seconds and 15 seconds for each ignition duration.
The product's seams are checked for ignition, and a report is prepared.
